Cornerbrook Development proudly announces Harold R. Sowell Jr. as their new President of the MultiFamily Division. Mr. Sowell brings over 30 years of experience in the multi-family industry, including but not limited to residential management and light commercial. He has developed projects from conventional to podium structures, light retail, banks and office buildings with heliports. He has built communities located in many states such as Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, Arizona, Colorado and Texas. His experience in the industry and communication with investors, bankers, architects, engineers and city officials will be a great asset to our company and we are excited to add him to our team.
