Parkside Apartment Complex

Parkside is a 240 unit Class A luxury apartment community located in Sugar Land, Texas. Developed as a Joint venture utilizing the HUD 22 (d)(4) mortgage program, Parkside was successfully completed in January of 1999.
Cornerbrook Development Co. co-managed the turnkey construction of Parkside Apartments from concept to property management of the finished product. Identifying opportunities in the Sugar Land housing market, Parkside was designed as a coordinated effort between architects, engineers, commercial lenders and construction professionals with the single focus of developing a high-quality housing community in Sugar Land, Texas.

Beginning with the evaluation and acquisition of a 9.3-acre parcel of land along State Highway 6, Cornerbrook Development Co. assisted in the preparation of development, construction and operating budgets, supervised the construction process and implemented the property management firm for leasing and maintenance of the completed project.
