Our hands on approach began with the research to identify the market demand for this Class A housing product. The Shadowbrooke community is a coordinated effort involving numerious profesional disiplines including architects, engineers, contractors, and property managers to create the desired product within the budgetary guidelines. Cornerbrook Development Co. is actively involved in all aspects of the Shadowbrooke community, from the acquisition of the land, product design and construction to coordinating the marketing plan and property management.
