George Kaleh
Owner / President

George brings 20 years of experience in developing, building and marketing premium multifamily and single-family communities on both the East Coast and in Houston. As the president and owner of Cornerbrook Development Co. his hands-on-approach and personal accountability defines our business philosophy. George is actively involved in all aspects of construction, from the acquisition of the land, coordinating and managing the design, construction and marketing teams. His involved approach produces successful developments that are expertly managed market solutions targeted to the housing needs of the market area.

Harold Sowell Jr.
President of Construction

Harold brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including but not limited to; multi-family, commercial and management. He has developed projects ranging from conventional to podium structures to light retail and office buildings. Harold has built communities in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia, North Carolina, Arizona, Colorado and Texas to name a few. "I have developed over 50 properties which consist of more than 14,000 units." His experience in the industry and relations with investors, bankers, city officials, engineers and architects gives us the ability to deliver projects on time, while managing costs and maintaining quality control for our clients in order to build long term relationtionships and gain referral / repeat business.

Amay A. Inamdar
Director of Development

Amay has over 11 years experience as both a corporate / commercial real estate banker and a developer. His efforts focus on the creative structuring of high-quality housing developments, from complicated multifamily projects utilizing complex financial syndications to superb urban homes rich in community. Whether it is in the submission of an application for housing tax credits or negotiating a purchase contract, Amay insists on an absolute attention to detail; complementing the passion, tenacity, and creativity essential to the development with the meticulous, focused execution indispensable to its success. In addition to managing and underwriting over $1 billion in real estate transactions, he has overseen the development of over $100 million in multifamily projects in Georgia, Texas, and Nevada. Amay is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta with dual degrees in Economics and Political Science and is currently a candidate for the CCIM designation.

Pam Whatley
Sales, The Pines on Westgreen

Pam brings 20 years of experience in Real Estate to Cornerbrook. 15 to 20 years of that has been in New Home Sales. Pam's philosophy is "Treat everyone as if they are family."
